We have had the team out to our smallholding to replace our broken septic tank. The guys are simple, honest and very easy to work with. The guys who do the actual placement work like demons to get it done. They keep you fully involved throughout the process. I handed everything over to them to deal with, from digger delivery to supplies. They sorted everything out. Great bunch. Would happily recommend them, and should we move and have to replace a system again, these are the people I’m calling up!! Thank you to everyone!!

Discovered the consequences of a blocked drain on changeover day at our holiday let. With no prior warning from guests about the problem, timescales to resolve the issue before the next guests were tight. From the first phone call to Flowfinity, they understood the urgency, maintained contact about arrival times, fixed the problem and left the property not just tidy but guest-ready tidy. Work that day identified tree root ingress, and a couple of months on, we have now had the drains lined. In challenging weather, the team worked long hours in order to complete the same day. My drains were blocked, and Torrin came out and got the drains unblocked. But he noticed my drains weren’t in line. I booked in to have them sorted. Today, two lovely engineers came to do the job. What should have been an easy job turned into a nightmare. My house is over 200 years old, so not sure of pipes and drainage. They sorted it out with no problem. Would recommend this company to all. I live on my own, so getting a company that you can trust and do not feel you have been ripped off is a godsend.

Torin visited our home today in Ackworth and sorted out our blocked drains in no time at all (we called him only 4 hours before he showed up). Absolutely amazing service at a very reasonable cost. We highly recommend the service that he provides.

Can not recommend this company highly enough! The work to be undertaken was clearly explained beforehand, and Torin answered all questions. Josh came to do the work and was excellent! Again, he took his time to explain everything; his workmanship was faultless, and he cleaned up after himself and put me at ease. As a customer, I was thrilled to learn that the company was trustworthy and highly competent. It comes across that they care about their work and the customer they are completing the work for. Superb experience today. Can’t speak highly enough of how capable and professional Torin was. He completed a full survey of the drainage system at our property whilst diagnosing and resolving the issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a drainage related issue.

Josh turned up within an hour of me asking if they had any availability… He found and sorted the issue in minutes; the kit they used didn’t mess about. Very polite and very well-priced. I would recommend Flowfinty and Josh to anyone having drainage issues top-class.

Brad and Jimmy carried out excellent work under difficult conditions to replace a collapsed sewer pipe under my garage floor. This required deep excavation and a new section of pipe and backfill. They also carried out other repairs/replacement work requiring new gullies, re-lining existing pipelines, and installing a patch liner. The men worked as an efficient and professional team, quickly and quietly, whilst keeping me fully informed. The site was left as they found it. All clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I contacted Flowfinity regarding a problem with our drains at work, and they came straight out, did a CCTV survey, were very informative about what the issue was, and advised us on the best way of resolving the issue. We organised a date for the work to be carried out, and they came out and got straight on with it. They were both very polite and professional and tidied up after themselves. Would highly recommend it to anyone, and if we ever need any jobs in the future, we’ll be sure to contact these first.

Flowfinity (via insurance) came to replace a broken drain run due to tree roots. Brad arrived first thing in the morning and worked solidly until the job was done. Excellent quality of work, down to the final brick paver pointing and cement finish work (and tidied up wonderfully too!). Lovely and friendly as well. Can’t recommend them enough!

I called Flowfinity to get a quote for cleaning the drains. From the phone call to the actual work he carried out, he was very helpful and efficient. The cost was very reasonable, and I required some information a couple of days later to give to my plumber, so I called them again. They were very helpful and even said to pass on their number to my plumber if there was any extra information my plumber required to try and solve the issue we were having.

Fantastic service rang and with in less than 2hours arrived after finishing another job. After I explained Knew exactly what to do to sort it and got it all sorted within less than half an hour. Would recommend great service.

The very prompt response turned up on-time materials ordered the day before, so we were all there when the lads arrived. Explained everything as they went along and worked very hard to complete the job. A good job well done.
